What is eCMR?
The traditional CMR document is a standardized paper-based form used in international road transport between countries that have ratified the CMR convention. With eCMR, this document is handled digitally—created, transmitted, signed, and stored electronically. It holds the same legal value as the paper version. It provided that all involved countries recognize and have adopted the eCMR protocol.
