Protecting your personal data is one of our main concerns. Therefore, we process all types of personal data in accordance with the legal provisions (Personal Data Protection Act, Electronic Communications Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data). The personal data protection information set out below describes the most important aspects of the processing of personal data in relation to our website.
This website can be used without providing personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) is collected on these pages, this is done either with your explicit consent on the basis of your own decision or on another legally permissible legal basis.
Your rights
In relation to personal data, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of personal data, the adaptation and erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and the right to object to the processing of personal data. If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes your right to data protection or that your rights under data protection law have been violated for any reason, you may initiate proceedings before the relevant supervisory authority. In Slovenia, the competent authority is the Information Commissioner, with an address at Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, telephone no.: +386 (0)1 230 97 30, e-mail: gp.ip@ip-rs.si, website www.ip-rs.si.
Security measures
We point out that we use state-of-the-art measures to protect your data. However, the transmission of data over the Internet, such as communication via e-mail, cannot be completely secure and may have security gaps. We regularly review, assess and verify the effectiveness of our technical and organizational data security measures.

Use of cookies
Cookies are text files that collect information from websites or domains visited by the user and are stored by the browser on the user's computer. Cookies are mainly used to store information about the user during or after their visit to online offers. The information stored includes, but is not limited to, language preferences for a particular website, login status, shopping cart or where a video was viewed. By cookies, we also mean other technologies that have the same functions as cookies (e.g. when information provided by users is stored using pseudonymous online identification processes, also known as "user ID").
There are the following types and functions of cookies:
- Temporary cookies (also called session cookies): temporary cookies are deleted at the latest after the user leaves a particular website and closes their browser.
- Persistent cookies: persistent cookies are stored even after you close your browser. This allows, for example, to save the login status or to directly display the desired content whenever the user returns to the website. In addition, user interests may remain in such cookies, which are used to measure the reach of the website or for marketing purposes.
- First party cookies: first-party cookies are cookies that we set ourselves.
- Essential (also called required or strictly necessary) cookies: some cookies may be strictly necessary for the operation of the website (e.g. to store login and other user information or for security reasons).
- Performance, marketing and personalization cookies: cookies are also generally used to measure the reach of a website and to create a user profile with information about a user's interests or behavior on specific websites (e.g. specific content viewed, features used, etc.). Such profiles are used, among other things, to display content that may be relevant to a user's interests. This process is also known as "tracking", which refers to the tracking of a user's potential interests. When we use cookies or "tracking" technology, we will notify you in a separate data protection policy or when we ask for your consent.
Legal basis information: The Electronic Communications Act is the basis for the notification of cookies. The legal basis on which we rely for processing your personal data using cookies depends on whether or not we have requested your consent. If we have requested consent and you have consented to the use of cookies, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent. Otherwise, we process the cookie data on the basis of our legitimate interest (operation and improvement of our online offer) or, where the use of cookies is necessary to meet our contractual obligations.
General information on revocation and opt-out: Depending on whether the processing of your data is based on consent or another legal basis, you have the possibility at any time to revoke the consent given or to opt out of the processing of your data using cookie technology (collectively referred to as "opting out"). You can first revoke your consent by adjusting your browser settings, e.g., by deactivating the use of cookies (this may affect the functionality of our online offers). You can also withdraw your consent to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes through various services, in particular in the case of tracking, by visiting optout.aboutads.info or www.youronlinechoices.com. Further cancellation options are available from the participating providers and cookies.
Consent-based processing of cookie data: before we start processing data collected using cookies, for which we need your consent, or before we transmit such data for processing, we ask users for their consent, which they can withdraw at any time. Before we receive this consent, we only place cookies that are necessary for the operation of our online offers. This use is based on our legitimate interest and the interest of users in the expected functionality of our online offers.

Online analysis
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
This website uses the "Google Analytics" service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze users' visits to the website. This service uses "cookies" - small files that are transferred to your computer. Cookies collect information that is sent to a Google server in the USA where it is stored. IP anonymization is used on this website. This process is carried out by shortening the user's IP address in EU member states and within the European Economic Area. This means that your IP address is no longer personally identifiable. In the context of the data processing agreement concluded between the website provider and Google Inc., the use of the website and other activities on the website are evaluated on the basis of the information collected, and specific services relating to internet usage are provided. By changing your browser settings, you have the possibility to prevent cookies from being placed on your computer. However, if your browser does not accept cookies, it is not possible to ensure the smooth functioning of the website. In addition, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being transmitted to Google Inc., thereby preventing Google Inc. from making further use of the information. The following link will take you to the relevant plugin: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Further information on the use of data by Google Inc. is available via the following link: policies.google.com/privacy.
In addition, this website uses Google Tag Manager. This service enables the surface management of the website's tags. Tags are small code elements that are used as a tool to measure traffic and visitor behavior. Google Manager simply deploys the tags. Cookies are not installed in this context and do not collect personal data. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that collect data where necessary. However, Google Tag Manager does not use this data. If deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, it still exists for all tracking tags if they have been implemented via Google Tag Manager www.google.com/analytics/terms/tag-manager/.
Leady
This website uses "Leady", which is operated by Imper CZ s.r.o. (Victor Hugo 359/5, Prague 5, 15000, Czech Republic). This service uses the fingerprint method, so cookies are not required. Data about the use of this website is collected and transmitted to Imper's server, where it is stored and further processed on an anonymous basis. Thus, no personal data is recorded. If necessary, it is possible to provide a report prepared by the German Technical Inspection Association TÜV-SÜD. Personal data sent to the website via newsletter or contact form is forwarded directly to Leady without any modification. Further information regarding data protection and Leady is available at: imper.cz/en/.
