Loading
- Pre-check of data – drivers and the loading point can view the relevant data and make adjustments.
- Real-time transparency – the final data reconciliation takes place directly at the loading dock, with changes possible immediately.
- Digital signature – the driver and loading point confirm the handover with a digital signature.
- Automatic status updates – the loading process can be reported as a milestone to your systems, e.g., for preparing customs documents.
Transport execution
- Real-time documentation – comments and photos regarding information, damages, or shortages can be added at any time.
- Automated actions – damages or discrepancies can trigger defined workflows in your systems.
- Quick inspections – police or customs can conveniently access the eCMR via a QR code link.
- Driver change – in the case of combined transport or a driver change, the eCMR can be easily transferred.
Unloading & subsequent processes
- Digital signature – After unloading, the unloading point confirms receipt, automatically updating the status.
- Automated follow-up processes – Status updates are sent to TMS/ERP, and the CMR document is archived.
- Long-term data storage – eCMRs are securely stored in FreightLogs for 10 years.
