EDI integration
unlock the full potential for maximum efficiency

By integrating an EDI solution directly into your information systems, you can fully capitalize on the potential of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This ensures maximum efficiency across all business processes, from ordering to invoicing.

Want to achieve peak efficiency in your supply chain?

A fully integrated EDI solution makes it possible! Your data is seamlessly translated between your system and your partners', enabling automatic processing of business documents such as orders, invoices, or shipping notifications – no manual intervention required. This frees up valuable resources, especially for growing companies, which can then be directed towards core business activities.

Is an integrated EDI solution right for you?

  • You handle high volumes of documents and exchange large amounts of data with suppliers, retailers, logistic partners or distributors.
  • Your company has grown rapidly, and your current EDI solution (e.g., Web EDI) no longer fully meets your needs.
  • You work with many different business partners and need a standardized system to manage interactions.
  • Flawless, error-free document exchange is critical to your business operations.
  • You’re introducing or upgrading an ERP system – a perfect opportunity to switch to an integrated EDI solution.
  • You are expanding into new markets and need to engage with a broader range of business partners.
  • You face specific challenges, such as international deliveries, compliance with regulatory requirements, or managing complex deliveries.

Customer onboarding

Integrating new business partners into your existing EDI system requires a well-coordinated onboarding process, which we will be happy to assist you with. Our services range from contacting your partners one by one, training them as necessary, setting up the technical connection, configuring the data formats and testing the EDI messages to ensuring the smooth exchange of business data such as orders, invoices or despatch advices. The aim of onboarding is to ensure that news partners are seamlessly integrated into the EDI data flow.

Rollout

Once onboarding is complete, we assist with rolling out EDI processes to additional partners or locations using our proven, standardized procedures. With our proven, standardized procedures, we support the implementation of EDI processes for a wide range of business partners and locations. Early involvement of business partners is crucial to provide them with targeted training and comprehensive support during system implementation. Through ongoing support and regular communication, we ensure that engagement remains strong and any challenges that arise are successfully addressed.

Overall, a successful EDI rollout enhances efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across the supply chain, leading to significant operational improvements and stronger business relationships.

Content, syntax and process validation

We ensure that the data being exchanged is accurate, correctly structured, and makes sense within the context of the business process. For example, content validation checks whether the content of the transmitted data is correct. Syntax validation ensures that the structure of the EDI document complies with the formal requirements of a specific EDI standard (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12, etc.). Process validation is all about checking data in the context of a given business process. It examines whether the data makes sense in the overall context of the exchange process and complies with the business rules.

Business monitoring

This tool allows you to monitor and analyze EDI data flows and transactions in real time. The aim of business monitoring is to ensure that all transactions run correctly and efficiently, that problems are detected at an early stage and that the performance of EDI processes is optimized.

Digital archiving

For secure, long-term storage of electronic data, digital archiving is the ideal complement to your electronic business processes. Digital archiving is usually used for invoices but is available for other documents as well. This solution ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to tax and commercial law documentation.
